Parker Cabin Hollow & Black Ash Mountain - 7+ Miles

All roads lead to Harriman - this time from the Nothwest side. This moderate lollipop hike will take us through serene woodland trails typical of Harriman State Park for 7+ miles, starting out with very gentle inclines in the beginning and peaking in the second half of the hike with an elevation gain in the range of 1,400 feet for the hike. This hike is not recommended for beginners due to length and elevation gain.

Bring plenty of water and snacks, and appropriate seasonal items (sun- and insect-protection in summer, and crampons in winter). Day-of-hike-only phone: 973-704-7362.
**Note** We hike at a moderate pace, and never leave anyone behind. Our hikes are not suitable for fast hikers who like to forge ahead of the group.
