A Valentine’s-season wellness experience designed to support Black women in slowing down, releasing survival mode, and reconnecting with their bodies.

Through guided somatic movement, mirror work, and reflective writing, you’ll deepen your relationship with yourself and strengthen your self-love. Participants leave feeling grounded, emotionally lighter, and more connected.

Bring a blanket or yoga mat and a notebook, and step into a space created for reflection, healing, and intentional self-adoration.

Important Registration Information

Ticket sales are used to fund the experience, including venue costs, facilitator fees, and all necessary materials. A minimum of 10 participants is required for this experience to take place.

If the minimum is not met, the event will be rescheduled and all registered participants will be notified in advance.
