Join us in the park for a lighthearted, organic gathering where we explore what it means to move, feel, and simply be human—together.

There’s no fixed plan. Each session may include gentle and dynamic movements, stretches, playful exercises, breath work, or open conversation about how the body works and the nature of our experience based on what people bring that day. What matters most is connection—within ourselves and with each other.

I’m Jonas. Over many years I’ve supported people through stress, chronic pain, injury recovery, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual exploration. Throughout my work, I’ve noticed that the main reason people struggle with pain comes down to two things:

  1. Disconnection from their body.
  2. A misunderstanding of why they’re having trouble.

I’m here to help people shift by seeing the gap—so they can discover what’s possible when body, mind, and spirit come back into alignment.

This is not about performance or perfection. If you’ve been feeling stuck, stressed, in pain, or longing for deeper connection, this is a space to show up exactly as you are. We meet with curiosity, kindness, and openness—no judgment, no pressure to “fix” anything.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • Water
  • Anything else that makes you comfortable (a mat, jacket, journal)

Where & When:
We’ll meet under the trees on the East side of McDonald Park in Pasadena.

Accessibility & Pace:
All abilities and conditions are welcome. Movements/discussions are adaptable and paced to the group.

Let’s create a community that ripples love and presence into the world—starting here, starting now.
