Join us in the park for a lighthearted, organic gathering where we explore what it means to move, feel, and simply be human—together.
There’s no fixed plan. Each session may include gentle or dynamic movement, stretches, playful exercises, breathwork, or open conversation about how the body works and the nature of our experience—guided by what participants bring that day. What matters most is connection—within ourselves and with each other.
I’m Jonas. Over many years, I’ve supported people through stress, chronic pain, injury recovery, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual exploration. Through this work, I’ve noticed that much of our struggle with pain and tension stems from two things:

  • Disconnection from our body
  • A misunderstanding of what our body is trying to tell us

These gatherings are about bridging that gap—helping you rediscover what’s possible when body, mind, and spirit come back into alignment.
This is not about performance or perfection. If you’ve been feeling stuck, stressed, in pain, or simply longing for deeper connection, this is a space to show up exactly as you are. We meet with curiosity, kindness, and openness—no judgment, no pressure to “fix” anything.

### What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • Water
  • Anything else that helps you feel at ease (a mat, jacket, or journal)

### Where & When

We meet under the trees on the east side of McDonald Park in Pasadena, every Thursday at 9 a.m.

### Accessibility & Pace

All abilities and conditions are welcome. Movements and discussions are adaptable and paced to the group.
Let’s create a community that ripples ease, joy, and abundance into the world—starting here, starting now.
