What we’re about
Are you a leader, executive, or entrepreneur in Silicon Valley who's outwardly successful but inwardly exhausted?
Are you tired of the burnout matrix that rewards sameness and drains your purpose?
Welcome to The HumanOp Nexus. We're not another self-help seminar. We are a community dedicated to high-performance and personal optimization through a physics-based, 99% accurate intelligent technology.
Join us to move beyond guesswork and access the objective data of your true nature. Less self-doubt, more flow. Less noise, more signal.
It's time to reboot your inner operating system.
What This Community Is About:
This group is for high-performing individuals who are ready to operate from their highest frequency. Our community is built on three pillars:
- Objective Insights, Not Opinions: Our events are powered by the HumanOp® technology, a system that aligns your subjective experience with objective data to reveal your unique wiring. We deal in physics, not fluff.
- A Network of Peers: Connect with other driven, curious, and accomplished leaders in the Bay Area who are also on a path of authentic optimization. This is a space for real conversations and collaborative problem-solving.
- Actionable Tools for Real-World Impact: Each event is a hands-on "Application Lab" where you'll use your own HumanOp data to solve real-world challenges.
Our Core Event: The "Discovery Night" Application Lab
We host weekly "Discovery Night" Application Labs at our Cupertino Nexus. These are complimentary, interactive workshops where you'll learn to apply your HumanOp results to your life, leadership, and team dynamics.

Application Lab: Your 2026 Operating System Reboot
HumanOp, 20883 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Suite 150, Cupertino, CA, USBefore you set your goals for 2026, you need to reboot your operating system.
Forget resolutions that don't stick. This special end-of-year session is a strategic review of your core wiring. We'll use your full HumanOp® profile to help you reflect on 2025 and design a 2026 that is in full alignment with your true nature.
You Will Learn To:
- Conduct a "Personal Systems Check" based on your primary Drivers and Traits.
- Use your HumanOp® data to identify where you were most "energy efficient" in 2025 (and where you weren't).
- Set goals for the new year that are not just ambitious, but are authentically aligned with what truly fuels you.
Prerequisite: Please complete the free 10-minute HumanOp® assessment and have your results ready on your phone or laptop. You will need it to reference your unique Communication Style. This is an interactive session for those who already know their results from the assessment.
You can access the assessment here: https://link.humanop.com/mu-app
Seat Reservation: To ensure a high-quality, interactive experience for all committed attendees, we require a FULLY REFUNDABLE $10 seat reservation fee. You will have the option to receive a full refund upon check-in at the event or to donate your reservation fee to our designated charity partner.
You can pay for the refundable reservation fee here: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/V8SP6SREAGECN
NOTE: Because of the limited seating at these events, if you sign up but we don't see a matching reservation fee payment, we will prioritize those that have paid including waitlisted attendees.
