Valentine’s season doesn’t just bring up love — it can also surface old attachments, unresolved emotions, and patterns connected to past relationships, situations, or expectations around love.
This guided evening meditation offers a compassionate space for emotional detox and gentle cord cutting. Rather than forceful releasing or revisiting the past, the focus is on allowing emotional ties that no longer feel supportive to soften naturally, while reclaiming your own emotional energy with care.
This session is about making space — letting go of what you’ve been carrying around love, connection, and attachment, so you can move forward feeling lighter and more grounded.

Followed by an optional 20-minutes Bodytalk Demo.

These Thursday evening meditations are part of an ongoing, twice-monthly offering by The Inner Code, held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Each session stands on its own, and you’re welcome to attend one or come regularly.
