Collective Reset - A Nervous System Regulation Meditation
The world feels louder than usual.
Constant information, uncertainty, pressure, and subtle collective stress can quietly accumulate in the body — even when we think we’re “handling it.”
This guided evening meditation offers a calm, steady space to regulate your nervous system and release tension you may not even realize you’re carrying. Rather than processing emotions or unpacking personal stories, the focus is on restoring a sense of internal safety and balance.
Through breathwork, grounding practices, and gentle body awareness, we’ll shift out of subtle fight-or-flight and into a more settled, supported state.
This session is about returning to yourself — softening the noise, widening the breath, and allowing your system to reset.

These Thursday evening meditations are part of an ongoing, twice-monthly offering by The Inner Code, held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Each session stands on its own, and you’re welcome to attend one or come regularly.
