Sunday Afternoon Meditation
Details
Whether you've never meditated before or have an established practice, you're welcome. We're building meditation skills together, step by step.
What happens:
- Grounding practice to settle in
- Guided instruction on a specific meditation technique
- Time to practice what we just learned
- Community sharing: How'd it go today? What are you working through?
No religious component, we're just building community around mindfulness and presence.
What to bring: Just yourself. Most of us will be sitting on the floor or in a chair. Feel free to bring a cushion or blanket.
