This event is catered to teens and kids 5th grade through 12th grade.
Give your child a front-row seat to the exciting world of game creation - taught live by a Professional Developer! In this one-time online event, kids will explore how real games are built using the beginner-friendly Godot engine, a favorite among indie studios worldwide. They’ll create characters, program player movement, spawn enemies, and add the finishing touches that will bring their very own playable game to life. Participants will need a Windows, Linux, or Apple computer with access to the internet.
