WEEKLY ONLINE MEETUP:
Why tread your mental, emotional and internal journey alone? Come and let´s share and explore the depth of our soul´s journey back home together.

In each session, we use the Suited Monk Philosophy and framework to guide us on our journey. In this week´s Meetup, we explore:

Healing Your Relationship With Yourself: Letting go of self-judgment

1. When does your Suit become very critical of you? What does that inner voice say, and how does it affect your Monk?
2. In which area of your life is your Suit judging you the most right now — work, success, relationships, or who you think you should be?
3. What do you think your Suit is trying to protect you from by being so judgmental? And what does your Monk actually need in those moments?
4. Can you remember a moment when your Monk was gentle with you instead of your Suit being harsh? What changed inside your Gap?
5. If your Monk spoke to you this week instead of your Suit, what would it say? How would that reduce the Gap between your inner and outer world?

Gain new awareness about any changes you want to make in your life and career

Likely procedure:
- Short introduction of the topic of the day
- Sharing: people sharing personal experiences and insights related to the topic while getting feedback and insights from the group
- Identify areas for improvement

We play by three simple rules:

  1. Totally friendly - everyone should feel like they’re among friends and peers. Come with no expectations, and leave with new clarity for the next event.

For any questions, use the event chat on the day of the event.

We are looking forward to seeing you at our next gathering!

Who is The Suited Monk for?
The Suited Monk is a practical philosophy that serves as a compass on your life journey. The Suited Monk is for people who live in the real world, the business world, but are looking for more meaning and fulfilment on their life and career journey. It is for those who seek clarity and answers on life´s biggest questions. The Suited Monk is a community built on human values like contribution, sharing and friendship, rather than traditional religious practices. If you want to be part of a supportive community that promotes positive social values, join us and explore what our community has to offer.

The solution we will look at:
In your career as a leader or manager or entrepreneur a lot of focus is built on our Suit, the money we make, our success, our status and social image and so on. But this often goes at the expense of our inner Monk, our happiness, our values and our purpose. The goal in life and The Suited Monk is to blend both worlds together into one.

Basic structure of this meeting:
The meeting will be facilitated by the author and creator of the philosophy Raf Adams himself, and will involve a brief introduction for this weeks discussion. Then we will a group discussion related to the topic and discuss new insights that we can take home to keep growing our internal self. The meeting will finish with closing remarks.

Venue:
Join us as we put the theme to the test in a lively online group discussion. Meeting link in description.
