Join us in the mountains of Gréolière, just one hour from Nice, for a simple yet powerful winter retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build inner strength, and experience deep clarity.
Over 3 days, you’ll explore a mix of breathwork, meditation, yoga, fasting, deep conversations, emotional release, and cold exposure practices — all supported by a grounded, warm, and intentional group.
This retreat is an opportunity to step out of your routine, breathe fresh mountain air, slow down, and rise again with renewed energy.

🚗 We drive together from Nice Friday late afternoon and return Sunday late afternoon.

## ✨ Saturday — Deep Work Day (Fasting Day)
Saturday is a full-day fast. Our first meal will be at 6pm.
A day dedicated to inner work, clarity, and expansion.
Workshops & Activities:
- Morning meditation
- Yoga & stretching
- Journaling prompts for clarity
- Breathwork session (Wim Hof method)
- Introduction to shadow work
- Emotional release practices
- Group reflections & sharing
- Evening grounding session
- First meal together at 6pm
This day is designed to be transformative but gentle — allowing you to explore your inner world in a safe and supportive way.

- Morning meditation
- Wim Hof breathing ritual in the snow (guided and optional)
- Closing circle
- Free time for skiing, snowshoeing, or relaxing in the mountain village

No prior experience is needed.
All activities are optional and guided with care.

Clothing:
- Warm layers (mountain weather)
- Thermal base layers
- Jacket & gloves
- Comfortable clothes for yoga
- Swimsuit (for cold exposure under clothing if needed)
- Snow-resistant shoes
Essentials:
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Notebook & pen (journaling)
- Personal snacks for after fasting if needed
- Any personal medication
Optional:
- Your favorite tea or small comfort item
- Small instrument (hand drum, flute, ukelele, etc.)
- Ski / snowshoe equipment (or rent locally)

# 💰 CONTRIBUTION
200–300€ per person
Price depends on the final group size (up to 11 participants).
Deposit: 100€ required to secure your spot
Deadline to sign up: January 15, 2026
Limitless Circle Members:
If you have attended at least one Sunday event, you receive 10% off the final price.

The 100€ deposit is non-refundable, unless in cases of force majeure (medical emergency, major unforeseen event).
