December: Silver Sparrow

December's theme is a book set in Georgia.

You voted to read Silver Sparrow by Tayari Jones. In 1980s Atlanta, two teenage girls discover they share the same father in this moving story about family secrets and divided lives. Written in 2011, this book is 340 pages long.
