SCREAMING!!!!!!

I am freaking out that Sam Fox is opening a new restaurant in Scottsdale called SOCIETY SWAN, inspired by Capote and his Swans. Could this be even more perfect?

I hope it lives up to all my hyping just now LOL. I was only able to make reservations for 4 people (at this time - I will add more so please waitlist yourself). They have not opened the restaurant yet, but will be open by the time this event happens.

Here is link to RESTAURANT and MENU.
Address: Scottsdale Fashion Square - 7014 E Camelback Rd Ste 559, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

The Capote Brunch Society was inspired by Truman Capote's weekly lunches with his "Swans" - NYC's high society women. They would gossip about "all the things" - instead I will provide a longform article (think Vanity Fair, the New Yorker)

Can the Golden Age of Costco Last? - The New Yorker
OR - Direct link via New Yorker - Can the golden age of Costco last ?

Let me know if you are unable to access these articles.

The reason I chose this story - Everyone has a Costco story, Even if you don't have a membership, most of us have been inside their monster warehouse OR have heard about what a great company Costco is to work for. So begins this story, the romancing of Costco, but soon you will read how Costco, behind the scenes is slowly peeling back its layers to reveal a different side that maybe us shoppers don't see. We will talk about big box stores, unionizations, "family" businesses, etc. Did you work for a company like Costco? Does your view of Costco change after reading this article?
