It's so easy to neglect your mental and physical health when you get caught up with the work day.
Lunch Breaks are a designated time at the LoCol to eat and socialize. It's a great way to break up the day and give you the energy you need to continue your productivity without fizzling out!
How it works:
12:00-12:30 Lunch - Bring your own lunch or make a sandwich here.
12:30-1:00 Collaboration session for final tasks that need to be wrapped up for the week. We'll discuss what we hope to finish before the end of the day in order to fully enjoy the weekend, and how we can help each other out!
The event is split into 2 shorter segments to allow flexibility based on your time availability and comfort. You are invited to both segments, but you're welcome to arrive late or leave early.
