We had so much fun Informal Running in NYC (http://nyc.informalrunning.com/) that we started an upstate spin-off in the Capital Region! The Most Informal Running Club, Ever needs more fun, energetic people to bRUNch (run+brunch), trail blaze, and laugh our way through runs at any pace or distance! No fancy gear, race bibs, or ties required :)

Join us for an easy 3 mile run at the Crossings of Colonie. Afterwards we will head to the farmers market and visit one of our member's table, Salty's Bakery. Venmo or cash accepted.
