In this first session, we’ll unpack The Next Conversation by Jefferson Fisher, a guide for staying grounded when communication gets tough.

Jefferson Fisher, a trial lawyer turned communication coach, teaches how to shift from trying to win an argument to actually making progress in a conversation.

We’ll meet to unpack the most relevant takeaways for managers, project leads, and anyone who works with people—especially when tensions rise or emotions run high.

• A chance to meet others who lead, learn, and think critically

• 18:45- Feel free to leave, or stay and continue the conversation
