Hello Everyone,

Well, don’t fall off your chair or sofa reading this 😄. I realise this is probably the first time you’ve received a message from me in a very long time, and I hope it is still alright that I connect in this way. I am not one for sending a tonnage of information out, but have been guided to write at this time, and so I am honouring that flow. I will keep it short and sweet I promise 🌺

Firstly, how are you doing in these extreme, surreal and frankly stressful times that we are living in? Some have said to me that it feels like they are living in some dystopian sci-fi movie, and others feel really anxious and stressed about the unpredictability of this uncontrollable situation. Others I know are floating along in a bubble of emotional-distance from it all, and some feel so bowled-over that they don’t know which way is up. Each of us is experiencing this situation in such individual ways, but what is common to us all is that we are dealing with something that we never thought we would be facing in our lifetimes.

I hope that you are managing to do all that you feel you need/want to in order to respond to your experience of this pandemic. Response is required on all levels to cope with what is unfolding, and hopefully you are managing everything that you need to physically to keep yourself and your families healthy and safe. For my part, I am still continuing to work daily doing the intuitive/guidance/healing one-on-one sessions, and I have been guided over and above that to now set-up some extra support in the form of a weekly Healing Circle.
Please consider this a personal invitation directly from my heart to yours, and if it feels in alignment for you, feel very welcome to come along and join us at this regular weekly online gathering. I know it is not the same as a personal meet-up but hopefully this adapted meet-up can still keep us connected.

AN INVITATION AND GIFT

It is my intention to hold a consistently supportive, healing and empowering space for you and to give you as many spiritual tools as I can to support you through this time. I have been teaching guided imagery exercises that help keep you healthy and strong and manage/process anything that you might be dealing with at this time, and I was guided to extend the invitation beyond my mailing list through this event this morning.

It is my hope that you will find a sense of connection, comfort and empowerment through these techniques that you can use every day to help keep yourself stable, strong and healthy on all levels.

The focus will be different each week as there is much for us to cover in this constantly evolving story. Topics will include…

🍄 Clearing the virus from your System 🍄

🌸 Clearing and Managing the Emotional Challenges - e.g. fear and anxiety 🌸

🌼 Closing the Gap of Separation and establishing Powerful Connections with Loved Ones who we cannot be with at this time 🌼

🌍 Sending healing to the places on the planet where it may be needed at this time 🌏

There is absolutely no fee at all for these gatherings. All it will cost you will be the time it takes to join us in support of your life, health and well-being through this situation.

If this is something that you feel will help you at this time, and if you feel drawn to joining us for spiritual companionship in a safe space of heart, honour and kindness, exploring healing practises, expanding your spiritual connection and diving down into some personal exploration, all in service to your wellbeing and the greater good of all at this time, I look forward to welcoming you.

We will meet :-

📆 Every Thursday Evening - starting April 30th, 2020

🕰 5pm (London time) for +/- an hour and a half

🎒Bring along a notebook and pen to make notes of your experiences and a cup of something delicious to drink

😃 all this with a sense of humour and an open heart 💟

I have planned this meeting to last until May 28th and we can see where we are after that. I have tried to structure the day and time to support all time zones and countries, but unfortunately it may involve some early mornings or late nights for some of you depending on your location in the world 😉
