This post is informational only, it is not a philosophy meetup.

As many of you already know, I have been taking improv classes for the past number of years. I have found it a very creative, positive practice and would encourage members of this group looking that are interested in a social activity that is "outside the box" of their comfort zone to consider joining some classes in the New Year. It is a very supportive group of people, and I leave every class with a sense of accomplishment and laughs.

Level 1 classes for newbies run Tuesday evenings from 5-7pm. There is also a Seniors improv class that runs during the day Tuesdays 2-4:30pm. And a special Social Anxiety improv class Wednesdays from 5-7pm. All the classes are held at the Tett Centre for Creativity and Learning at 370 King St. W. Kingston.

If you are interested to trying out a class in the New Year here is the website with registration information:

If you are looking for a fun, social activity that will also help you develop your creative thinking and communication skills, I would strongly recommend signing up for a class in the New Year.

Cheers,
Colin
