Reiki Sound Bath ($25)

Bring your mat, a blanket and pillow to relax and heal through the energy of sound and Reiki (universal life force energy). We will start with some light stretching and breathing before relaxing on the mats. Relax and enjoy the cleansing sound from Raziya while Kristin provides mini reiki sessions each person.
