Group catch ups can include, journaling, drawing, sharing a poem your wrote, anything creative that you feel is needed to be expressed but perhaps haven't found a safe environment to do so. Conversations about belief systems, consciousness, connect to self, 3D and quantum reality, art, self expression, truths, who am i?, feelings, emotions, meditation.. you probably get it now ;)
