Many people learned early that attachment, approval, performance, or peacekeeping mattered more than self-connection.
So the nervous system adapted.
(Please note: this is a guided workshop and hypnosis experience, not a social mixer or networking event).
In this workshop, we’ll explore the deeper roots of self-abandonment and begin rewiring the subconscious patterns underneath it.
This is not surface-level mindset work.
This is nervous system and subconscious transformation work.
The second half of the session will include a guided hypnosis experience designed to help rebuild self-trust, inner safety, and internal connection.
This is for you if:
• you become harsh with yourself when overwhelmed

• you override exhaustion, emotions, or intuition
• you want to stop betraying yourself just to survive difficult moments
Please arrive on time. The meeting will be locked 10 minutes after the start to protect the guided portion of the session.
