Would you like to experience these twin aspects of God's love in your life? ..They bring Love, Wisdom and Freedom in so many new and unique ways to handle life's challenges…

Eckankar services offer you an opportunity to explore your own direct connection with the Divine. Each of our themes relate to the sacredness of who you are, as Soul, an eternal spark of God.

In small break-out groups, you’ll hear and share experiences on how the divine gift of love is received, expressed and uplifts. With insight and further inspiration, we’ll experience the sacred sound of HU, a love song that opens the heart to divine love, healing, and inner guidance. HU will be sung for 10-15 minutes followed by a brief period of silent contemplation.

• An Invitation to Sing HU *

You are invited to try this simple spiritual exercise, if you wish. It has helped people from many different backgrounds to open themselves more fully to an uplifting sacred presence within.

To do the exercise, get comfortable, close your eyes and take a few deep breathes while gently putting your attention on your inner visual screen, between and just above the eye brows, where daydreams and images come to you.
With your eyes closed, sing HU....(pronounced like the word hue) as a song of love. You may sing it softly aloud, or quietly to yourself for several minutes. Then ..listen inwardly in silent contemplation to an inner flow of the Sound Current.

…You may notice a feeling of peace, warmth, and comfort. Reflect inwardly, and recognize the presence of the Divine throughout your daily life.
There are so many ways to experience this love of God.

... As you sing HU, you might perceive an inner Light as well as a Sound... The Light may appear as a brightness or colors on your inner visual screen. The Sound may be musical, or of the sounds of nature, such as the wind, the ocean, or of a light humming sound. However you experience this sacredness and presence of God, know that it is bringing you a broader understanding of the life you lead.

Here, you can share stories or experiences and learn spiritual exercises to help open the door to the most sacred part of yourself, as Soul. You'll find an encouraging atmosphere and uplifting ways of opening one’s heart to a greater fullness of living.
