Join us most weekends for a gentle hour (or a little more, depending on the vibe) of professionally guided sound journey meditation and meaningful connection.

Our sound journeys are grounded in therapeutic sound bath techniques and informed by training and hands-on experience using professional-grade instruments. This is intentional, informed sound work—not random noise or someone banging on inexpensive bowls without understanding tone, resonance, or nervous system impact.

Each gathering is relaxed, welcoming, and accessible—no experience needed. We begin by settling into stillness and breath, gently easing into a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and subtle harmonic textures designed to calm the nervous system, support regulation, and open space for reflection.
