Sound Bath

Ladies a friend of mine told me today that she has tinnitus and she did a soundbath which didn't help her tinnitus
I've emailed Estelle who runs the soundbath and she sent me this reply
'Although I don’t have a definitive answer for you because everyone’s experiences are individual, it is possible that the high pitch tones of the crystal bowls could irritate or worsen your symptoms'
There's no way I want to make it any worse than it already is so I'm going to drop out
Join me in a relaxing sound Bath session at The Spirit Health Club in The Holiday Inn Eastleigh
