Coombabah Lakes Conservation area (Wildlife and Nature photography)

Details
Coombabah Lakes Conservation area has kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and many different kinds of birds. There are some open fields as well as bush and wetlands which gives an opportunity to use a wide range of lenses, from telephoto to macro.
The entrance gate is on Lakelands Road (turn to Pine Ridge Road off Brisbane Road, then turn left to Lakelands Road. Keep going till you reach the Koala Trail on your right (that is drive past the first parking area).)
This place is never crowded so it will give us an opportunity to chat and walk together.
Avoid getting too close to kangaroos (they may be territorial) and use mosquito repellant.
As usual, please denote $3, it goes someway to covering the cost of the website.
