For our last meeting this year (December is Christmas get together), we have the study group , followed by each person bringing their own favourite saying/ paragraph/ topic etc, and presenting to group in a 10 minute time frame.

Have you ever thought about the way you think? The chatty monkey mind, where the majority of our thoughts center around ourselves, and are mostly negative, can and do, affect how we live our lives. In this study group, we analyse the authors viewpoint and discuss.
Lao Tzu, a great Chinese philosopher, stated " Thoughts lead to Words, Words lead to Actions, Actions lead to Habits, Habits lead to Lifestyle, and Lifestyle leads to your Destiny" !
