FULL DAY,TALK/WORKSHOP - Barry Bowden, prev National Lecturer- Heidel writings.

This is a presentation of Max Heindel's esoteric writings, which include ideas such as the evolution of humanity and this planet, the animals, plants, insects, and all life here. Max was an initiate into the great mysteries and writes very clearly and easily. These subjects are in much harmony with Theosophical writings.

The later part will be education and instruction on meditation based on 30 years of practice. It will explain how meditation works and include different practises to calm negative emotions and bring them to a rest state. These practices can, if practised regularly, quiet the mind.
