Hi Lean Startup Folk,
We are back for June, with a meetup focused on learning all about the steps you should be taking before you launch. You know...before you write that line of code, take out the second mortgage or go and pitch an investor.
This month, we are all about VALIDATED LEARNING. Be it wireframes, customer development, adwords campaigns, unbounce pages, email outreach or just "getting out of the building", our experts are going to talk you through what you should do.
One again we wil have some of Melbourne's best and brightest entrepenuers and founders on hand to teach us what they know. The format is lightning talks, with 6 or 7 hand picked people each giving you a 5 minute lesson on what they know best. At the end of the talk, you can even pepper them with a few questions if you want!

Getting a startup off the ground isn’t easy, and we’d like to help. We want to help you grow that idea that’s been manifesting in your mind into something bigger, something amazing.
Feedback Alley is an opportunity for startups to seek some crowdsourced advice from our growing community of investors, entrepreneurs, designers and developers - and of course other budding startups. We offer this opportunity to startups big and small, at any stage of development. There’s only one rule, and that is:
You need to have something to show.
It can be mockups, wireframes, anything, it doesn’t have to be a polished piece of work. All that matters is that you’ve done one thing, the single hardest thing involved in starting a startup, and that’s getting started.
How it Works
You’ll be provided with a desk situated in the room amongst the mingling crowd before the event. Passers-by will hopefully catch a glimpse of your finest winning smile and stop to have a chat to you. More times than not you’ll learn a valuable thing or two.
At the start of the night you have the opportunity to do a short 30 second pitch to the crowd, explaining your idea and areas you would like to get some advice on. If there are people in the audience who think they can help, they can approach you on the night.
