I'm in the mood for French. This time we're indulging in classic French bistro fare at the Pastis DC, the Washington outpost of the beloved NYC original.

FOOD: Think steak frites, French onion soup, escargots, mussels, and crème brûlée—Pastis is unapologetically traditional French. The original NYC location was a fixture of the Meatpacking District, and this DC sibling opened in 2024 with rave reviews and similar charm. Expect timeless bistro favorites in a stylish, bustling setting.
