### Tibetan Art Workshop – Creative & Mindful Practice

Join this small-group workshop to explore Buddhist iconographic painting through guided, hands-on practice. Learn key elements of Tibetan art, including traditional symbolism and Buddha imagery, in a relaxed, supportive setting.
This is a creative, educational workshop—not therapy; not a spiritual group.
Work on your own painting at your pace, with guidance provided. Facilitated by a local Tibetan with a Diploma in Thangka Arts and Master’s studies in Buddhist studies, philosophy, and counselling, with traditional training and experience group programs in community and school settings and TAFE. Each session is a space for shared learning, where everyone’s creativity and curiosity is welcomed.

No prior experience is needed, and all materials are supplied—your artwork is yours to take home!
Open to all levels, the workshop is a space for creative exploration, cultural learning, and shared discovery.
