Welcome to Tokyo Kickboxing group!
Cost is
1000¥ for 1 class.
1500¥ for 2 classes.
2000¥ for all 3 classes.
(The 4pm Advance class requires a skill assessment to attend.)
The beginner class starts at 14:00.
The meeting location is in front of Tiara. We will go to the gym a minute or two before 14:00.
**IF YOU ARRIVE LATE: Please don't go to the reception on the first floor. You have to come straight to the secondary floor and join us for the class.
Once you're changed, bring the payment of 1000¥ to me and write your name on the attendance sheet.
The concept of this and future events is to learn and communicate in English while practicing kickboxing in a friendly environment.
This class is designed for first timers.
Participants with experience are encouraged to attend the intermediate class from 15:00.
The training will be indoors in a rented studio. Please make sure to bring your sportswear and your water and take off your shoes before entering.
The class will start at 2pm and finish at 3pm. ***BOXING GLOVES ARE REQUIRED (Any type/size is fine). If you don't have gloves, there are plenty of gloves available to borrow. Please bring a pair of gardening gloves (軍手) to wear under the borrowed boxing gloves.
