Offener Deutschunterricht - Text & Konversation - Niveau B2+ (Fortgeschritten)
Offener Deutschunterricht - Text & Konversation - Niveau B2+ (Fortgeschritten)

Cozy Life Drawing Session – NAKED ARTISTS Berlin
Cozy Life Drawing Session – NAKED ARTISTS Berlin
Join our welcoming **life drawing** session where participants are invited to both draw and model. A relaxed and respectful space for **creative exploration**. The **Cozy Session** is our most intimate format. We are fewer people (max. 10) and take a bit more time for everything. The atmosphere is calmer and we have even more focus on **presence, observation** and **connection**. All our events are **queer-friendly** and have a personal and inviting feel to them. Also we're very **beginner-friendly**: Whether you’re experienced or just curious to try life drawing for the first time — you are welcome. Generally participation in modeling is always **voluntary**, but in this format – since we're fewer people – It's more the idea **that everybody will have** the chance to pose. If you feel more insecure about this, maybe our other sessions are better for a start. **\>\> What to expect** • alternating drawing and modelling • short and medium poses (up to 15 min) • a warm, respectful group atmosphere **\>\> What to bring** • your drawing materials (we provide a basic range of high quality artist materials) • Something small to drink or snack on, though we‘ll have some snacks • your time (Please be punctual because we want to start all together) **\>\> Tickets** Our prices range from **16€ to 26€**, depending on your financial possibilities. Please book your ticket here on **[Eventbrite](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1985134012269?aff=oddtdtcreator).** You can also click **RSVP here on Meetup** to let the group know you’re coming. We look forward to drawing with you!

Toastmaster Division Wettbewerb 2026 in Berlin
Toastmaster Division Wettbewerb 2026 in Berlin
I highly recommend you to join us from the beginning. 1.) 12:00 - 12:30 pm: Gathering at the meeting spot. 2.) 12:30 - 01:30 pm: Going together to TV Asahi cherry blossom alley. 3.) 01:30 - 05:00 pm. Picnic under cherry blossom trees. 4.) 06:00 - 8:00 pm: Dinner/Drinks at the Kerb (optional). ⚠️\*\*Due to the extremely short full bloom, I might change the date of the Hanami. Please be flexible.\*\*⚠️ **1.) How to find the Manifesto Market:** https://goo.gl/maps/aSnChzLuE6akyP4F8 This will be only our meeting spot. The food hub is located in "The Playce". The new flagship shopping center of Potsdamer Platz. Most likely we will be waiting next to Kabuki near the stairs leading to the first floor. **2.) Going to TV Asahi cherry blossom alley:** We'll use public transport to get to this place. If you live in the south you can join us directly there. **3.) Hanami at TV Asahi cherry blossom alley:** Bring a blanket, some drinks and snacks. After the reunification of Germany, TV Asahi donated about 10.000 cherry blossom trees to Berlin and Brandenburg as a symbol of peace. The TV Asahi cherry blossom alley is has 1000 cherry blossom trees. Hence, it's considered the most spectacular cherry blossom spot near Berlin. *Who is this meetup for:* 1\. Asians who want to practice German and/or English\. 2\. German speaking individuals who are studying \(preferably\) Japanese\, Korean\, Mandarin or Cantonese\. 3\. Anyone who is interested in cultural exchange and wants to socialize\. *What you can expect:* 1\. A professionally organized meetup that can adapt to any changes given the current situation\. 2\. A Walk & Talk to break the ice\. 3\. A collaborating venue where you can further socialize with other members\. *** Whenever you attend a meetup, the most common as well as first question you get is: "Where are you from?" You probably heard this question a million times. Well, at least I did. From my own experience of attending over 200 international meetups in various countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia and Thailand, I can tell you that asking for the name is a better approach. “A person’s name is to that person, the sweetest, most important sound in any language.” - Dale Carnegie If you really want to connect with like-minded people you should remember their name, but you don't have to remember every persons name you've talked you. Be picky about that, don't be me who can somehow remember everyones name easily. Don't tell yourself sth. like "I'm bad at remembering names." It's all about developing the habit of asking for a name and keep the conversation going on. Furthermore, you want to learn German or any other language. Learning the local language is crucial to connect with the locals and developing a true friendship. This can be accomplished with immersion. My goal is to inspire you to go out of your comfort zone and improve yourself each time you join this meetup.

CMG Gives Back: Serve Brunch at FAITH MISSION GRANT KITCHEN!
Join us as we get together to get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event! We have a great little community of Movie Group friends so rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “create a better world” by helping serve those in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event: FAITH MISSION – GRANT KITCHEN: The Faith Mission kitchen and dining room serves residents 3 meals a day, every day of the year. For this event, our group will help prepare food, serve meals, assist residents in the dining room, wash dishes, and clean surfaces. PLAN: We will be preparing / serving / cleaning for BRUNCH from 10:30am to 12:30pm and have space for a total of 7 volunteers. Please arrive at 10:20am and wear closed-toe shoes and long pants. LOCATION: Faith Mission – Grant Kitchen is located at 245 N. Grant Ave. Enter the kitchen at Dock 1 (in the back of the building), indicated in the attached map. On-site parking in the adjacent lot and street parking is available in the surrounding area. Below are some links / attachments with additional info/details: IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing all of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please try to update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. With few exceptions, no shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will not be eligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve. Our Partner Agency for this event is Lutheran Social Services! A huge THANK YOU to all of YOU for volunteering at this (and any of our previous) CMG Gives Back events! Should be a good/fun/meaningful time together, Dan
