Power of a Community | TED Talk Community Melbourne
Join the Melbourne TED Talk Community for an engaging session and meet people who like being an ideator, who want to bring their voice to a larger community. In contrast to a typical public speaking training event, where you receive feedback on your amms and aas and the way you present, this goes beyond that.
**The objective of this community is to get inspired by some of the best ideas serving humanity, find your own calling and voice, be an ideator, and share your ideas clearly and persuasively.**
The talk we will play is one of the amazing talks from the TED Library. In this session, we will delve deeper into the topic and gain perspective, and learn from each other. Be prepared to network, engage in meaningful conversations, and embark on a journey of professional development and leadership growth.

Northern loop through Maribyrnong and Steel Creek from Flinders (51km 375m)
Hi,
Join us for a Northern outer loop of the CBD starting from Flinders' Station.
We will meet up for an 8.30 start just outside the Southern exit to the Station that come's out near the Abory Bar. I will wait a little to the West along the Yarra Trail/Flinders' Walk near Sandridge Bridge where there is a bit more space. I'll be on a black Giant Revolt with tan bags.
See pin here:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/SNxxGkCfWBZLmBfG7
We'll leave the Station and head West along the river through Southbank until we hit the Capital City Trail and head North past Docklands. Here we will continue over the new Veloway towards Footscray and head North on the Maribyrnong River Trail. We'll follow the river up past Essendon where we join the Steel Creek Trail towards Keilor Park, hook a right on the M80 Trail for a few kilometres before heading South back towards the city on the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail. This will bring us all the way to Parkville before joining back on the Capital City Trail taking us back past Docklands and Southbank returning back to Flinders Station where we started!
We can stop for refreshments at Francis Winifred's Cafรฉ, approx. 32.5Km into the ride:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/kioqC1pr4Ut3GGM98
Please note we will be starting and ending the ride via Southbank - as most know, often a very busy area, and a 10km speed limit, so please pay extra care and attention through this section!
