Hello all! We're hosting a themed event called "Solve a Murder" where you come in, grab dinner and a glass of wine and solve a a murder mystery with case files. This is a themed event so if possible, I would highly recommend wearing late 1800s inspired clothes that match the Sherlock Homes vibe. Join us for a relaxed, scenic spring walk across the Toronto Islands, where open water, quiet pathways, and skyline views come together in one of the city’s most peaceful settings. The Islands have a rich and layered history — once a sandbar peninsula connected to the mainland until a storm in 1858 separated it, creating the island chain we know today. Over time, it’s been home to cottages, amusement parks, and a tight-knit residential community that still exists on Ward’s Island. On this walk, we’ll move from the quieter, more open spaces of Hanlan's Point, through the lively areas of Centre Island, and end in the charming residential feel of Ward's Island. This is not a formal tour.
