Un estilo urbano nacido en África Occidental que combina ritmos tradicionales con influencias del hip hop, dancehall y house. La clase trabaja musicalidad, energía y dinámicas de movimiento llenas de fuerza y frescura, desarrollando coordinación, resistencia y flow en conexión con la música africana contemporánea.

La timba es la evolución contemporánea de la salsa cubana: explosiva, energética y llena de fusión. En esta clase se trabaja coordinación, musicalidad y juego corporal a través de secuencias y dinámicas que conectan con la potencia rítmica de la música cubana actual.

**CLASES REGULARES DE CAJÓN DE NIVEL INICIAL.** En nuestras clases aprendes la técnica del instrumento, diversos ritmos o 'palos' del flamenco y otros ritmos como el funck, samba, rock... ¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los sábados! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador.
