It is a 18.5 mile medium level ridden at a social pace (11-13 mph). We will get on the W&OD from the Bluemont Park Parking Lot and ride for coffee at 29th Parallel. One potential downside is that you have to order your food and drinks downstairs. To see what others think, we are going to host another meetup at this location. Come to the Silver Spring library to play games some chronically ill friends! Members are adults who suffer from conditions including POTS, ME/CFS, long covid, MCAS, rheumatoid arthritis, Ehlers Danlos, multiple sclerosis, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune kidney disease, and more. 
We'll have some board games available to play, and feel free to bring some of your own favorites. We'll also have coloring supplies on hand if you prefer to just relax or socialize.
 We'll in SMALL ROOM 1 on the third floor of the Silver Spring library, just outside the elevator. As always, we ask everyone to wear a mask. There is parking across the street in the Wayne Avenue Garage.
