Also, please read all details, in this page and eventbrite page
Hello everyone,
You are warmly invited to this immersive afternoon of Authentic Relating. This event will involve fun and interactive exercises based around exploring the theme, "What is like to be in connection with myself and others?"
This is a space for exploring feelings, sensations, boundaries, and self-expression through immersive exercises. This is about empathic collaboration and learning the art of expressing what is present in the moment.
These beautiful practices really encourage an experience of increased depth and awareness, in a way that is sometimes not available in our everyday lives. The exercises work by creating a framework to explore communication in a non-scripted, in the moment way, which edges away from habitual patterns of relating and welcomes in more life, more breath, and more empathy.
One of the benefits of practices, is that it helps with learning to become more aware of ourselves and others and how do we inter-relate.
\*\*\*NOTE: It is recommended that participants have some experience introspection and shadow work, through participating in counselling, sharing circles, meditation, contemplation, yoga, or any modality that is designed to bring people into contact with their unconscious. This is stated as a duty of care, as the practices in authentic relating revolve around meeting ourselves deeply and coming into contact with how we are occurring the world. This process can be beautifully enlivening, and at times confronting, but the space is guided in such a way that it brings as much holding, and gentleness to the process as to make those courageous steps to share deeply, easier.
If you are new to Authentic Relating or "AR" (as people in the community refer to it) and you have any questions or curiosities, please feel free to contact me via messenger for a chat. Also, there is a plenty of YouTube results for Authentic Relating practices.
\*\*\* \*If you are experiencing financial hardship and wish to attend, please reach out and we can arrange something.
\*\*please read Eventbrite details to.
\*\*you cannot attend without pre-purchasing a ticket through the Eventbrite link.
\*\*The doors for the event close 15 minuets after the start time, meaning, no entry is allowed once we have set the container, and spoken about the agreements, so please make the appropriate arrangements to arrive on time.
About me.
I've had a long history of interest in understanding my mind through various means of enquiry from Meditation, Yoga, Transpersonal Counselling, Sound Healing and Neurofeedback. In the last 8 years I have been deeply involved in the Authentic Relating movement immersing myself in practices and deriving tremendous insight into myself a growth within my own personal relationships as a result of this work. I have been facilitating groups to journey deeply into this work for the last 4 years and I am continually on a journey of getting to know myself deeper and bring artistry and humility to facilitating.
The event will most likely finish on time, with a 10-minuet buffer at the end in case we go over, there will be spare time to hang around and chat after.
There will also be a 15-minute break in the middle of the event, with some small snacks provided.
Imagine -> 2 hours of MiniSprints -> Surprise and Delight
We are meeting in the board-room of the 55th floor of 318 Russel Street (The Abode). When you arrive call me on 0447 591 141 and I'll come down and get you.

Sunday Bus: Wombelano Falls / Andrew Hill - 12.5km and 18km - 22 Mar
**WALK DESCRIPTION:**
Both groups start at the same point at the corner of Extons and Captains Creek Roads. The initial route followed will be basically the same, however, the easier group will do a 1.5km circuit to view the Wombelano Falls. (The Wombelano Falls loop is a lovely walking circuit but the falls are not specular unless there has been heavy rain.) From the junction with the Wombelano Falls loop both groups will continue along the Easement Track until the Powerline Track is reached. This track is a pleasant downhill track which affords great views. Only a short section of this track is exposed. Most is shaded.
Both groups will continue until Island Creek Picnic Area is reached. There is a small creek crossing before this point that at least one leader got her feet wet but it is not major. Once reaching the Island Creek Picnic Area the two walks diverge, with the Easy/Medium group following the lovely tree ferned track along Island Creek to the Gums Camp and the awaiting bus. The Medium walk will do a more challenging uphill route to Andrew Hill with a 320m climb through tree-lined tracks before descending to the Gums.
These are a lovely walks, close to Melbourne, which highlight so many enjoyable aspects of the bush on our doorstep. A reminder to bring a change of footwear for the trip back, because dirty boots leave marks on the bus that our club pays to have cleaned.
Please note that at this time of year there is always a possibility of encountering snakes, and appropriate leg covering is recommended.
As the weather can be warm at this time of year, **please carry at least 2 litres of water.**
.
**DISTANCE(S):** 12.5km and 18km
.
**TOTAL ASCENT(S):** 250m Rise and 520m Rise
.
**GRADINGS:** Easy/Medium and Medium
**Easy/Medium (E/M):** More consistent walking, mostly on tracks or in open country, but with some significant hills, probably some stretches of light scrub. Possibility of some rock hopping. Distances up to 19km but may be much shorter depending on the difficulty of the terrain. Reasonable lunch and rest stops.
**Medium (M):** Consistent walking on tracks or in open bushland, usually with patches of thicker scrub, several moderate climbs, and/or rock hopping. Distances up to about 22kms with reasonable rest stops. A good level of fitness and walking experience is required.

Beyond Quantum Physics - What Nisargadatta & Ramana Maharishi Knew About Reality
Quantum physics is now pointing at something the ancient sages already knew: reality is far stranger, and far more intimate, than anything we were taught.
What's surprising is that two Indian sages, one in a small Bombay room, one on a sacred hill in Tamil Nadu were pointing at the same thing long before the science caught up.
**What You'll Discover:**
In this talk you'll discover the exciting discoveries in quantam physics and how they resonate with non duality.
It will leave you with a clarity that doesn't depend on a belief system, or next spiritual experience. Just a direct recognition of what has always been here.
**Schedule**
* Talk by Rajiv followed by open Q&A
* Guided Meditation
* Spiritual networking. Make friends with others on the spiritual path
**About Rajiv**
Rajiv dedicated years of his life seeking enlightenment. His pursuit for truth, reality, emptiness and self-discovery took him through the profound depths of mysticism. He meditated 14 hours a day, stayed with monks, lived in the Himalayan caves, learned from wise sages and researched every major spiritual system, including Zen, Non Duality, Yoga, Buddhism etc.
Then one momentous morning in 2005, he experienced his first shift into higher states of consciousness, an inner spiritual awakening. This was followed by days of infinite ecstasy and bliss. Finally, the years of seeking culminated and he realised his own true nature.
He now shares his deep insights to help seekers progress on the path of awakening & meditation. His approach is secular, based on personal experience. You can read about his spiritual journey here â [https://innerspiritualawakening.com/rajiv-agarwal/my-journey/](https://innerspiritualawakening.com/rajiv-agarwal/my-journey/)

Sunday Meditation | Community Building | Connection | Meet New People
**Who We are..... đ¤**
Our journey to bring people together began in January of 2022. And over the last 4 years of consistently coming together, we have fostered a beautiful, loving, dependable community where members from all walks of life have experienced a sacred space to sit in silence together and meditate, share their authentic selves, give presence to others and forge meaningful and long lasting connections.

The âIâ of the Storm: Embracing Conflict, Creating Peace Workshop
In the midst of lifeâs stormsâwhether in relationships, work, or within ourselvesâit can be difficult to find clarity and calm. The âIâ Of the Storm: Embracing Conflict, Creating Peace, based on the work of Dr. Gary Simmons, invites you to discover the steady center withinâthe part of you that remains grounded even when everything around you is in motion.
Led by Brian Drafton-Griffin, this engaging workshop offers practical tools and meaningful insights to help you navigate conflict with greater awareness, compassion, and confidence. Through guided discussion and reflection, youâll learn how to shift from reaction to response and transform challenges into opportunities for growth and connection.
Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Columbus, Ohio
From birth, human beings are learning. Before we are able to hold concrete memories, we are being shaped and impacted by everything about our lives and situations. From the point that we become capable of cognizant thought and memory, our lives could be summed up as a series of our responses to our circumstances, whether for good or for ill.
Dr. Joe Dispenza sees a deep need for human beings to live *on purpose*. Rather than just living life in reaction mode, he challenges people to live intentionally, to seek to change the negative that we have encountered and to pursue the positive through purposeful steps in a different and healthy direction. His study and work seek to demonstrate the changes that can be made from the inside out.
Join us as we take a look at new ways to grow at **6:30 pm,** **Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center, Columbus**.
