Book Talk Dubai - Conversation Club 💭📚
This month, we’re using Worst Idea Ever by Jane Fallon as a starting point, but the focus is on the conversation, not the book.
Reading is completely optional.
🗓 Date: Saturday, 25th April 2026
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM
💭 Conversation Themes:
- Real friendship vs the version we perform online
- Do we ever truly know our closest friends?
- Jealousy between friends, normal or toxic?
This is a space for open, honest discussion around friendship, perception, and the complexities of relationships. Expect thoughtful questions, different perspectives, and meaningful exchanges.
Come whether you’ve read the book, heard about it, or are simply interested in the topic. The value is in the conversation and the people around the table.

Hi, my name is Karan. I am the co-founder of the Money Minds community.
When I started investing, I didn't have any help. I've learned how to navigate markets by making a lot of mistakes and I still have a lot to learn. I believe that investing cannot be taught but it can be learned.
My intention behind these Practical Investing Discussions is to cultivate a space where people **ask questions, share practical knowledge** and hopefully **learn vicariously**.
Inspired by Charlie Munger’s wisdom, \*"The best thing a human being can do is to help another human being know more" \*our event fosters a spirit of knowledge-sharing and mutual growth. Expect engaging discussions, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to forge meaningful connections with fellow Money Minds members.

Dubai AI Meetup
**What this is about?**
This is a meetup group focused on AI. We meet every Saturday at 7:30pm at DIFC.
Usually there are up to 30 people from different backgrounds, such as AI programmers, rocket engineers, physicists, marketing, designers, investors... But it's also meant for people who have no background in AI and are looking for more insight. This is a very casual group for everyone, no presentations, you can pitch your AI business idea or discuss your favorite Terminator movie.
We meet at the Stage Area (next to S&C Music, see directions https://imgur.com/a/QIvYOvT ) above the Carrefour market at DIFC, just look for a group of people there without board games (if you see board games, that's another group). The group is free and there is no requirement to buy anything. There is free wifi.
📣 WhatsApp group for event updates (only mods can post):
