Welcome to an intimate and powerful breathwork experience inspired by Holotropic principles. We create a safe, grounded and transformative environment for emotional release, clarity and deep inner connection. This circle is limited to **4 participants** to ensure personal guidance, emotional safety and comfort. *** ## **Session Structure** **1\. Welcome & Introduction \(30 min\)** * What Holotropic-inspired breathwork is * How the session works * Safety guidelines and recommendations for a free, supportive experience **2\. Active Breathwork Journey \(90 min\)** A deep breathing experience guided by a carefully curated musical sequence designed to support inner exploration. During this phase, participants may experience: * Body sensations, shaking, warmth, spontaneous movements * Emotional release (crying, laughter, sighs) * Images, memories, visions or states of expanded awareness **3\. Meet like-minded people, get authentic meditation instructions and hang out in our beautiful Buddhist meditation center in the west of Berlin! The practice of meditation is a simple, yet profound practice that helps us to connect with ourselves and gives us tools to release experiences of distraction, agitation, and stress. In the Buddhist tradition, meditation is more than just a way to end the mind´s distraction - it is what helps us to bring our mind home to its true nature. What better way to experience the colourful facets of meditation than with a group of like-minded people? Hence our open meditation sessions always have a social element as well - we like to have a tea and share about our meditation experiences, or whatever else we want to explore. Von Erfahrung weiß ich, dass man ziemlich gutes Deutsch haben muss, um eine Sternstunde zu verstehen. Setzt euch immer wo ihr wollt und wo ihr Plätze finden könnt. Persönlich habe ich den Sitz 22, Reihe 10, Block Nord. Wenn ihr Glück habt und ihr Plätze neben mir findet ist es umso besser. Wir begrüßen uns um 15:30 Uhr bei MATANGA - Cafe & Co., Dunkerstraße, in der Nähe von S Greifswalder Straße, und 16 Uhr laufen wir nach dem Planetarium. Da steht nichts von Poetry...“ Naja, Dichter nehmen oft Bezug auf die Sterne, glaube ich. Das ist eine Verweisung in die Wissenschaft, halt einen Vorschlag, dass man den Kopf hochhalten und aufrechterhalten solle. Zum Beispiel, der Dichter Philip Larkin im Gedicht ‚The North Ship‘, im ersten Gedicht, erzählt „Under a fire-spilling star,“. Für Poetry gibt es den Zusammenhang von den Sternen, und wenn man keine Kenntnis von diesem Zusammenhang hat, kann man die Gedichte nicht ganz gut lesen. Denn wir uns für das Lesen von Gedichten interessieren, sind Sternstunden gut. Kenntnis von den Sternen sind auch gut wenn man unterwegs ist, und wir möchten oft unterwegs sein. Auf die Sternstunde, das Gespräch, und die Gesellschaft freuen wir uns!!

Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
