**About the Session -** *Light Within, Light Around.* A warm Christmas morning meditation to help you begin the day with softness, inner brightness, and a sense of gentle companionship, no matter what your Christmas looks like this year. Before the energy, memories, or emotions of the day gather, this hour is a gentle way to settle into your body and connect with a quieter, steadier space inside yourself.
