Bagua is a style of Kung Fu that uses circular movements and evasive stepping to overcome force with smoothness. It is similar to Tai Chi, but faster and more dynamic. We will meet at 3 pm on the grass near the front gate of Alexander Muir Memorial Garden near the corner of Yonge and Lawrence. Our focus will be on strong kung fu basics, developing body and mind and self defense. Class is $20, wear seasonable and comfortable clothing.

Join us for a HIIT-style hill training hike This hike is part of the **HikeFit Series**, a collection of fitness-focused hikes designed to build strength, endurance, and overall hiking fitness. We’ll challenge you with steep climbs, rugged terrain, and a high-intensity workout. This isn’t a fast-paced hike, but it is **intense**. We’ll tackle multiple **very steep hills** in intervals, with plenty of chances to catch your breath, recover, or skip hills if needed. This hike is designed for intermediate hikers, but it’s **beginner-friendly** since you can skip as many hills as you need. Join us for a friendly 5K run in Giovanni Caboto Park (75 Matthew Dr, Vaughan, ON L4L 9B4) at 11:45 am on Saturdays. 🌳👟 We’ll be running on the sidewalk, doing 5 easy loops to complete a total of 5 km. The whole session will take about 1 hour or less. All paces are welcome – you can run, jog, or do run/walk intervals. The goal is not speed, it’s showing up, moving your body, and feeling good.
