This event is a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to the world of sourdough alongside a delicious sourdough tasting. You’ll learn the basics about the sourdough starter: what it is, how it needs to be maintained, and how to bake delicious and healthy bread with it. During the session, we’ll feed our starters together, and you’ll go home with your own active sourdough starter, plus a clear step-by-step recipe and guide to help you bake your first loaf at home. To spark inspiration and motivation, the event includes a sourdough tasting. You’ll enjoy a selection of freshly baked sourdough breads with delicious dips, along with soft drinks and tea. Es findet in Form von Einzelbegegnungen statt, bei denen sich die Kommunikation hauptsächlich auf die Körpersprache und weniger auf den verbalen Ausdruck stützt. It takes the form of one-on-one encounters, where communication relies mainly on body language rather than verbal expression. The ritual can range from a dance with minimal physical contact to cozy cuddling and playful rolling around, or even energetic fights that explore strength and agility. Each playfight ‘belongs’ to the two individuals engaging in it and can be ended at any time by a word or by double-tapping your partner or the floor. There will be a warm-up phase and an explanation of the rules before the actual ritual starts. **General information** Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Through discussion, movement and partner games, we will build tools to express and negotiate physical desires and set boundaries through the use of practical exercises.
