Monday Men – live circle
Monday Men – live circle
**Live men's circle** **April to June 2026, twice a month** Hello all, This new group is off to a solid start! On April 13 six men kicked things off in Pangea Haus with a very warm and attentive session. Two thirds of the group attended their first live men's circle ever, which was really encouraging! The group have decided they'd like to keep the door open for newcomers until the next session, and so we still have **space for two more men** to join us... read on if you're curious: After a long stretch without a space for regular, in-person circles, we're finally offering a **live men's circle in Berlin** again, the **Monday Men**. From April through June we're meeting every two weeks, for two hours on a Monday evening. It's a closed group, with a maximum of eight participants, to encourage familiarity, trust and continuity. The next dates are: **April 27**, **May 11** & **25**, **June 8** & **22** There's a cost involved, which has been kept as low as possible, and it's only for the use of the room we'll have. A total **40 €** from each man covers **all** **sessions** for all **three months**. You can attend as many sessions as you like. After the first three months, the group can choose what comes next. There could be a summer break, or the group may decide to continue. **This could be useful for you if you'd like to...** * Connect in person with other men in Berlin * Build real-life bonds, especially if you’re new to the city or to the Berlin Men’s Group * Explore ideas and challenges that matter to you * Look more closely at your experiences and how you express them * Experience a low-pressure introduction to men’s work **What we'll do...** For those who already know the online men’s circles, some parts of this format may feel familiar. As in the online format, the sessions always include: * **Welcome** – greeting and orientation from the host * **Opening round** – describing briefly what things are like for you * **Sharing round** – expanding on your thoughts, speaking freely * **Deepening round** – a chance to offer each other questions * **Open discussion** – explore what emerges together * **Closing round** – share what you take away from the session In addition, the live format allows for a few extra elements: * **Partnered conversation** * **A topic of the week**, chosen by the group * **A little movement**, such as stretching or short breaks to move around and reset attention As always - no prior experience neccessary, no preparation needed. Just walk in and grab a seat. **About me, the host...** I’m Hans. I've been co-organising the Berlin Men's Group with Peter and the others for five years now. In that time I've become a certified systemic counsellor, specialised in supporting men. For these circles my style will be practical and down-to-earth. I help hold the structure, keep things on track, and support the group so that each man can explore what matters to him in his own way. I'll be aiming for a space where men can speak honestly, listen to each other, and look at important things without it feeling heavy or complicated. If you’re curious but not sure if this feels right for you at the moment, you’re welcome to send me a message here on Meetup or email request@zigmal.org. You can ask me anything you like. *This group is being logistically supported by BMG partner project [Zigmal e.V.](www.zigmal.org), a volunteer association that focuses on strengthening men through social connection and free counselling.*

Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?
Will AI Replace Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches?
AI is rapidly changing how work gets done. Tasks that used to require experience, facilitation, or coordination can now be supported, or even replaced, by tools. So what does that mean for roles like Scrum Master or Agile Coach? * Will these roles disappear? * Will they evolve? * Or are we asking the wrong question entirely? This meetup is not a talk. It’s a **fishbowl discussion**. An interactive format where you can actively shape the conversation. 🧠 **What we’ll explore** Together, we’ll dive into questions like: * Which parts of our roles are already being automated? * Where do Agile Coaches struggle to create real impact today? * What skills might become obsolete? * What new capabilities might become critical? 🎤 **Format** * Short framing to set the stage * You bring your questions and perspectives * We collect key topics from everyone * Open fishbowl discussion (5 chairs, dynamic participation) * Moderated by Robert Briese, CEO Lean Sherpas GmbH You can jump in, leave your seat, and contribute at any time. 👥 **Who this is for** * Scrum Masters & Agile Coaches * People working in or transitioning into agile roles * Anyone questioning the future of their role 💡 **Why join** Most AI discussions stay at the level of tools or fear. This session is about **making sense of what it actually means for you**. Btw: This meetup is part of a 3-part series leading up to a special event with the author of *10xOrg* in June.

AI in Practice: What Product Managers Are Learning Right Now
Are you keeping up with how fast AI is changing the way we work? We are in the midst of understanding how AI is reshaping our roles, workflows, and what is possible in product development. The pace of change is rapid, and many managers are actively experimenting and learning as they go. We’ve invited two experienced product practitioners to share their hands on experience and learnings: **Daniel** will focus on how AI can be used to increase personal leverage and productivity as a product manager. **Ruslan** will share his experience with turning AI prototypes and real products. This event is designed for hands-on product managers and product builders who want to improve their workflows and rethink how products are built within their organizations. **Agenda** 18:15 – Doors open for snacks, drinks, and networking 19:00 – Welcome from ProductTank Berlin 19:10 – Demystifying AI: A Productivity Playbook for Product Managers, Daniel Zherenkov 19:40 – Building with AI: How Smart Prototypes Become Real Products, Ruslan Vorobev 20:10 – Networking 21:30 – Event ends **Please note:** * **Please bring your IDs as you’ll need it when entering the venue.** * The event is RSVP only: to enter, you must RSVP here on Meetup. * We'd like to capture the event with photographs for promotional purposes, such as sharing on LinkedIn after the event. If you have any concerns or preferences regarding this, please feel free to let us know beforehand. **Demystifying AI: A Productivity Playbook for Product Managers, Daniel Zherenkov** To harness the power of AI, you first need to understand it. Join this session to strip away the FONO tropes from LinkedIn and understand the reality of today's AI capabilities. We will explore practical frameworks for integrating AI into the product management daily life, empowering you to make better decisions, streamline workflows, and build superior products. About the speaker: Daniel, ML/AI Product Manager at Delivery Hero with 8+ years of experience in creating ML and AI products, will explain what AI actually is and how to squeeze the maximum efficiency from it based on the real examples that could be reproduced by anyone. **Building with AI: How Smart Prototypes Become Real Products, Ruslan Vorobev** The talk looks at how AI can turn quick prototypes into real, valuable products. Ruslan shares practical lessons from using tools like Lovable, GPT, and internal automations to move from idea validation to production-ready solutions. The focus is on finding where AI truly adds value, whether through lightweight assistants or deeper integrations, and where it’s better left out. About the speaker: Ruslan Vorobev is Head of Product with a strong focus on innovation and AI-driven solutions. He has overseen product and business development across sustainability, circular economy, and manufacturing domains, helping scale digital products from early prototypes to market-ready solutions. His work combines hands-on experimentation with practical automation to turn ideas into tangible impact.

In this session, we’ll share insights from 4 years of working with OKRs at TAM: the myths, mistakes and tensions we’ve seen - and what actually helped. Together, we’ll explore three common OKR beliefs, challenge some “golden rules” and discuss when it makes sense to adapt the framework instead of following the textbook.
