We will hike at a moderate pace for 6 - 7 km in 2 hrs or less. Please bring a headlamp or a flashlight. Let's hope it will be clear so we can see the sun at night. The moon can get bright enough to turn off our headlamps while we hike, so if you haven't experienced a night hike, come out and enjoy the adventure. Just don't be the last in line.😬 The trail weaves through the forest, along a pathway, and in open medows, giving us many opportunities to admire the moon. This hike is about the energy of the moon. The trails are icy, so bring your Crampons. _After the hike, we can go to Colonel Mustards Pub for a bite to eat and/or a New Year drink._ **Note** * **Ice cleats are mandatory!** * Arrive on time! *Unwind, get creative, and connect with cool people.* Looking for a calm space to do some art, have meaningful (or silly) convos, and meet new friends in the city? This is your spot. I’ll be bringing **colouring pages and markers** for anyone who just wants to show up and relax. You're also totally welcome to bring whatever creative activity helps *you* unwind — think **sketchpads, mini canvases and paint, journals, clay sculpting, wire bending, model building kits, and collage supplies**. We’ll hang out, make art, and enjoy chill conversations in a cozy, no-pressure environment. A day to escape reality before the reality of the year starts. Guests are allowed. We currently have a waitlist, so please reach out if interested and we’ll let you know if a spot opens up.

Our group will leave at the posted time, so please arrive early. Please cancel your RSVP if you can't make it. How fast, how far? Assume 4.5 km/h for a distance of ~7km. The path is a paved, but we might go on some trails as well, plus snow is likely so be prepared for anything. The route is flat. It's mostly in clear land, but we'll come across a few forested areas as well. The route is a "there and back again" so we will finish where we originally start from. Bring water, a snack, and hiking footwear for a distance walk. We're getting to the point in the year where icers are required. Although the forecast is clear, please have them on hand in case. Our coffee shop meetup now takes place every other Saturday at Tim Hortons at Bay and Wellesley. Come out to meet and chat with your fellow members of the Toronto Social Anxiety Support group in a supportive environment. **IMPORTANT: This group is intended to provide a safe space for people with social anxiety who may feel inhibited in louder, more extroverted environments. ***Galentine's Day*** is typically marked as February 13, but can be observed any day. Galentine's Day events are typically all-female occasions of mutual "empowerment...a reminder for women to support and uplift one another. **LADIES**: Treat yourself & your besties to a Sunday of shopping, music, crafting, coffee and cocktails! **WHERE**: 6th annual Galentine's Party is located inside The Exchange- conveniently located in our favorite area of Columbus-Bridge Park Dublin! **AFTER PARTY**: We can join for brunch at a Bridge Park eatery.

Running a business solo means I've been spending most of my time with myself. And AI tools, which are great for thinking through business problems, but terrible for actual human connection.
