($5 participation + $6 for your partner’s drink).

🎯 Purpose: To bring together people who are interested in Japanese and English, exchange languages, and create a friendly, new community.
If you’re learning Japanese or English, you’re very welcome to join!
🌟 This time is a bit special!
We’re testing a slightly different format this time, so here are a few key changes:
- Instead of our usual 2-on-2 format, we’ll use a 1-on-1 pairing system.
- Your partner will be selected based on your Japanese level, to make the conversation more balanced.
- You can submit topics or goals you’d like to practice in advance, and we’ll try to reflect that in the session. Please understand that if a submitted topic is too complex or too niche, we may ask you to choose something else
- An additional $6 will be used to cover your Japanese partner’s drink, so you can focus on having a relaxed conversation together.
📝 The time, place, and Japanese/English speaking balance will remain the same as usual.
This is a trial version of a new format whether we continue with it depends on how this one goes!
