CLASS STRUCTURE:
- Warm up drills
 
- Coaching element for the session
 
- Main workout - different running session each week (e.g. fartlek, hill training, intervals, tempo run, time trial, etc.)
 
- Static stretching
 
CLASS OBJECTIVES:
- Complete an intensive training session in a safe and motivated group
 
- Receive feedback on your running technique
 
- Improve your strength, speed and endurance
 
- Have fun and meet new running friends!
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Suitable for all ages and abilities
 
- 1 class @ RM40 or 5 classes @ RM175
 
- Average class size of 10-15 persons
