Edmonds Beach Walk Exploration + Bible Verse (Edmonds)
Details
Let’s go on a walk outdoors together 🌊🌿
Fresh air, gentle movement, and God’s Word shared in community.
This is a come-as-you-are, bring-everyone kind of gathering—
✔️ Hubby
✔️ Kids
✔️ Dogs
✔️ Friends who just need a walk
I originally planned for us to do the Meadowdale walk, but since I personally haven’t explored it yet and parking can be limited, I thought we’d switch things up and make this even more casual and fun.
Let’s explore charming downtown Edmonds together!
Plan for the Afternoon:
📍 Meetup Location:
Walnut Street Coffee
410 Walnut St, Edmonds, WA 98020
☕ 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Coffee + hangout time
Grab a drink, say hello, and ease into the afternoon together.
🚶♀️ 2:30 PM – Walk Begins
From Walnut Street Coffee, we’ll stroll through cute downtown Edmonds and make our way toward the waterfront.
Walking Route:
• Downtown Edmonds stroll
• Brackett’s Landing North Park — ferry watching + beach hangout
• Continue along the waterfront
• Marina Beach Park
• Walk back to Walnut Street Coffee
📖 Along Our Walk
During our time together, we’ll share Bible verses with each other — either your favorite verse or one you are clinging to in this season of life. No pressure, just an opportunity to encourage one another and share what God has been placing on our hearts.
👟 Distance & Difficulty:
Approximately 3 miles total
About 90 minutes of walking
Regular comfortable walking shoes are perfect — no hiking gear needed.
🚗 Why We’re Meeting Here:
Starting at Walnut Street Coffee helps us avoid the heavier traffic and parking congestion in the main waterfront/downtown area.
I’m hoping this change actually makes it easier and more approachable for anyone who felt unsure about the Meadowdale hike. Come as you are — this is meant to be relaxed, encouraging, and refreshing.
