We support pre-booking of sessions at MMKAC. These are targeted at Club members by a cross section of coaches covering a variety of events. The system is being used to support training programmes for eligible members.

Jumps session progressing beyond levels covered on Monday Athletics 365 sessions. It will be a regular session except where the track is unavailable because of a competition or similar. (A notice will be sent where this arises).
