Have you noticed how your body responds to stress — and what helps it to release?

These monthly sessions offer a safe and powerful space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way. This type of breathwork can support you in releasing built-up tension, reducing stress, processing emotions, and moving through inner blockages. Many participants leave with a deep sense of peace and inner calm.

I respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. It’s not about forcing anything that isn’t there, but about giving you space and time for self-exploration and -regulation.

After a short introduction, you’ll be guided through a breath journey using the technique of conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end.

Held in a small and intimate group setting, these sessions are open to all levels — no previous experience needed.
