Our August Art & Meditation Sunday🌈 is open on the 10th!

This monthly event is designed to support you in releasing tension, cultivating mindfulness, and encouraging self-reflection — by activating your creative language to express your insights and connect with your spiritual self.

It’s the perfect opportunity if you're looking to explore your mind and spirit deeply through a creative and mindful approach—within a relaxed and safe space.

Give yourself permission to unwind and feel free. You may find yourself more focused and more deeply connected to your inner self.

Before each session begins, the online space is cleared with Reiki, creating a safe and calming atmosphere.
Come along with your usual art materials and paper. 🎨✨
